You may never really know.
For I am nothing but an erratic heartbeat
and thoughts after all.
I am melodramatic, spineless, and overly obstinate at the seams.
I am a true hopeless romantic, an obligated procrastinator,
a failing sarcastic soul and a pessimistic optimist.
But I will never let my ignorance get the best of me.
I adore being surrounded by the endearing smiles of my friends.
And I now know who have my best regards at heart.
They are the sole reason for my sanity.
Writing is my only held passion.
For me words mean so much more when they are written.
My words are my only true weapon.
I am a fool with only the best intentions.
And I try to no longer live in fear of my endless regrets.
I no longer live with any care to what you may think of me.
I find myself in a great place of solitude right now.
I can finally wake up with a smile on my face
and a complacent heart that's full of hope and capacity.
After all my heart's been through and after all I've put it through,
I am only content enough to still be here.
